Text of Complaint by Ashish Gaurav:

Myself Ashish Gaurav, Booked a return journey tickets to Doha – Delhi – Doha from make my trip with Qatar Airlines, for the date 18-05-2020. But by that time due to pandemic all international travel are stopped globally so there were no flight. Because of that I visited the Qatar Airways office in Doha, Qatar to cancelled my bookings. In Qatar Airways office people assisted me and they informed me that they have cancelled my bookings but my ticket are active till Mar’2021, meanwhile I can cancel with the makemytrip or can reuse for other bookings. After returned to India via Vande Bharat Mission special flight, I raised refund request 2 times but still there is no reponse from Make My Trip regarding my refund. Always they say it will take 3-4 months time for processing.
Even I can not reach MakeMyTrip customer care either via helpline number or any mail. They are just making fool of customers.
