I made a booking for a flight from Bangalore to Delhi in April, 2020. But the flight did not operate because of COVID Lockdown. I was inforrmed that I will be provided with a credit shell.
In November I asked Make My Trip to reschedule the ticket using my credit shell for November.
The executive called me and informed me that there is a fare Difference of 4065. I paid the amount. After sometime the executive mailed me that the ticket can not be booked and the amount 4065 will be refunded.
I have not received the refund till now and I am not able to reach a person where I can raise a case.
Every time I raise an issue on their website, a representative emails me that the refund has been processed and closes the case.
This has happened for 3-4 times now.
