I made a booking through MakeMyTrip for Indigo Airlines with PNR XW2LH for Parents: Mr.Anil Saxena & Mrs.Sangeeta from Mumbai to Jaipur for 22-Oct-19, the ticket was later cancelled directly with Indigo as my Father got critically ill. Indigo had refunded Rs.6,018/ on 23-Oct-19 & Rs. 284/ on 27-Dec-19 to MMT & a total sum of Rs. 6,302/ was to be refunded back to my A/c by MMT, which never happened till date, its been more than 15 months. I have chased MMT via emails, calls, website, Facebook but to no avail. With request# 12793126970837632 they have taken my A/c details long back & via mail dated 4-Mar-21, they told me to have processed the refund of Rs. 6,302- through UTR#000320742298 which never happened & the amount is due for credit. On reaching out to them, they again told me on 13-Mar-21 on mail that they have processed the refund with same UTR, Now which online transaction takes these many days to reflect? And now they have stopped responding. I request you to get my money back
