I had an Air India flight for 7th June.
Ticket Details: PNR – YH6K6
Chennai ->Delhi-> Dehradun, 9h 50m
AI-554 and AI-9645
I cancelled it way before the time frame and i was supposed to get Rs 1450 as refund after all cancellation(paid 8340). But, now i get a mail from make my trip saying that the ticket was not cancelled and i am not eligible for any refund. They gave me two customer care numbers of Air India and asked me to check it all by myself. As a flight booking broker this isn’t accepted.
