I’ve Jio no. 8076012942 which i’ve recharge with 297/- on 30-06-19 afternoon. The recharge was successful but Outgoing & incoming facity is still barred.Called too many times to Customer Care no. 18008899999 everytime they say that you need to dial 1977 from your Jio no. or any other alternate no. but I told them that i’m unable to make any call on 1977 also.BUt they are not listening & only tell me that your issue will resolve in 48hrs. when i ask for complaint id, they refused to provide that also.NOw even after 108hrs of my first complaint they are reciting the same that i need to call 1977..

I’m also working & my work schedule is hampering due to this.

Please help me out.
