Hi,

I have ordered FASTAG in Paytm on 26th September 2018 and they have promised to deliver on 16th October 2018. Please find the order details as below,

Order ID – 6118694258

Today is 8th November and yet i have not received my order.

Initially in Paytm Customer Care they stated that i have not updated vehicle details, but i have done it 5 times (through the link provided and also shared through mail). Now when i try calling Paytm customer care i wait for 10mins and finally they disconnect the call. This is the worst ever service and it is frustrating.

I have made multiple complaints through Paytm Message service and yet no response.

Being an end customer after paying money for the product i am concerned about its delivery.

Customer Service is also worst, every time need to wait for 10mins for the call to be connected. But now it is worse it does not even connect.
