Text of Complaint by Susanta Kundu:

I am a vodafone prepaid subscriber.I recharged my Vodafone prepaid two or three days ago.But Vodafone is not provided the all services that will must be properly provided to me for three months benefit. The offer of the benefits are 1.4gb per day and unlimited all call& etc…..

But the low quality of Vodafone network suffering me all the day. When I need the internet or call the network are fallen.. The speed of 4g internet is low quality along with the low quality speed 20kb per second…. Where the other network is so much good than Vodafone…

When I complaint against vodafone prepaid customer care, the authoritiy disconnects the call again and again… So i request to that i shall be obliged if you must be accepted my complaint against vodafone that i shall benifitted as soos as possible.
