Text of Complaint by Dhrupad Medhi:

At first the man named Muhamet Yusuf ( name told in WhatsApp +1-530-523-0670) brandsmart USA told that i have to pay rs. 4000 in advance for my mobile. I paid rs.4000 on 29 aug. 5:21pm transaction id 024217180603. Then after he told that i have to pay the remaining rs. 4000 for safe delivery. I paid another rs 4000 on 29 aug 11:00 pm transaction ID 024223380653. He gave me details of tracking. The tracking site showed that the product was on hold for insurance fee. He told that I have to pay Rs.5000 for that and assured that it was the last payment. I paid Rs.5000 on 1st Sept. @5:59 pm transaction ID 024517332508. Then again product was on hold in Pakistan for documentation fee. He told me i have to pay Rs. 10000 but I refuse as he already told me earlier no more payment after insurance. Then he told insurance company will pay. The insurance company paid and product is in dibrugarh now. But they told me i have to pay Rs. 10000 now. As he said no more payment so i refuse and demand refund. But they refused. The phone number of delivery man is +447459411508 .
