Rs.8000 was deducted from paytm wallet but not showing in my bank account,paytm savings account(I got an message of refunded but not refunded in my bank account),it was happened before one week..I am continuously contacting your help line service but no response and it is saying wrong wallet transaction ID number and rejecting my call ..near about 20 times I rang to the help desk ..and posting my issue and a queries in help line from 3 days ..no propore response..is it fair to play with people..
And not providing customer call service to speak with the clients,cheap tricks playing with customers..worst service..worst help line service
Not even advising in a proper way to the customer..
Blaming customers by advertising.. paytm is an INDIA’S LARGEST E-COMMERCE
I am requesting you process my amount immediately because I am in need of that amount.. please help me..
Initially you said to wait for 24 hour’s and then 48 hours and one week ..it’s over to wait …I NEED JUSTICE, I DEMAND RESPONSE IMMEDIATELY
