Text of Complaint by Shahbaz Ansari:

Hi, My name is Shahbaz Ansari and I have Vodafone Billing Red Plan activated from last four months, the number is 7558225065.  My billing cycle is 20th day which I have to pay by 4th of every month , But from today onward whenever I make calls I get this Lon IVR in three different language saying to pay bills. This is really f**king my temper,as if I want to make any urgent call I have to wait for this three minute IVR then after this it gets connect.
