Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally report a case of online financial fraud in which I have been a victim under the pretext of a personal loan offer from an entity identifying itself as Reliance Finance Limited.

I had applied for a personal loan through this organization. During the process, I was asked to make several payments with various justifications, as detailed below:

₹1680 – as a loan processing fee.

₹5480 × 2 (₹10,960 total) – for health insurance, allegedly mandatory for first-time loan applicants.

₹8500 – as TDS payment to enable the loan disbursal.

The total amount I have paid so far is ₹21,140. After receiving these payments, the representatives failed to transfer the promised loan amount and continued to demand further payments, which led me to suspect fraudulent activity.

I have attached the following supporting documents for your reference:

Communication screenshots (if any)

Alleged insurance documents shared by the fraudsters

Details of contact persons or phone numbers used

This incident has caused me financial loss and mental distress. I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter. Please take the necessary steps to investigate this fraud, trace the perpetrators, and help me recover my funds.
