Company name : Livpure Type – RO Date of Purchase – 25-12-2020 Under Warranty – Yes Model no- Livepure Touchplus Sr.No – BAKW11D1058520 Amount paid : 14,133/- Reg. Mobile No : 8762043302 Problems details : Consumer purchased a RO from mentioned company and consumer was promised 3 free filter change service and 4 years service free and when consumer asked for filter installation they didn’t do it and when consumer called the company to complain they said that it’s been done from their side which is not true the consumer never got that service and no one even approached the consumer. Consumer wants the filter installation service to be provided.
