Dear Zomato Team ,
We are really upset while writing this complaint.
Though Zomato is growing higher n higher due to increased no of orders.but sadly is bothering to take care of the restaurant s and people who are willing to take listing in their app.
If listing will not happen then how will people order .
We have been trying to get our restaurant live since 3 months. Their is no one who responds.
They have put a bad picture against our listing and is stagnant on the Zomato page..
Their is noone to address our issue ,we have made calls several times, noone picks ,everytime a new person talks ,we can’t order online.cant change the pictures..
On the other hand swiggy did out listing in 15 days and their is a dedicated help person who is helping us understand and do all the needful.
We request to give us one dedicated peoson who understands the problem and make it live on asap basis.
