we had bought a set of lipstics from matte.com for Rs 1999 and they had a return policy within 5 days of delivery as we had ordered the pic shown on website with pastel colours but when the product was delivered it was entirely different and we tried to cotact thier customer care and wrote about 10 mails but there is no response.kindly register a complaint and help us
