I have enough balance in my Vodafone prepaid sim, but I got a message as outgoing is expired, but while I bought the SIM card, they promoted the sim as lifetime validity SIM card upto 2034. I don’t understand how a lifetime validity SIM card’s outgoing expires. To recharge for validity, they have asked to dial *121#, but I couldn’t find any option for validity recharge. Please take necessary action to stop this Vodafone fraud. The case is same for all prepaid sim card holders. as outgoing expires, no idea how it happened. I hope they are trying to raise fund using this expiry fraud. Please take necessary action. #9971######
