Dear Sir I am Consumer of Vodfone from year 2007. At Time of Sim purchasing I have paid the amount for Life Time Validity (incomming and Outgoing both). Now my sim incomming & outgoing is blocked from The company. for my Issue I have call the costumer care service the executive not satisfied to me about my issue and he told me that Rs 35 monthly recharge necessary for sim validity. But the sir I have paid for Life time validity at the time of Sim Purchasing. The vodfone Company make fool their Costumer and also misguide the consumer.
