I had applied for ICICI Credit Card 2 months ago. It got dispatched but never reached to me. Last month I got Card Statement to pay the joining fees. I mailed on their customer care mail id regarding that, that I didn’t got my Credit Card yet. Then they dispatched the replacement card but it again never reached to me. I mailed regarding that and they asked to confirm my address which I did over mail only. Recently I got another Card Statement via mail with late fees of Rs. 500. I tried calling their customer care number but it asks for Credit Card number which I don’t have yet.
I am not sure how they activated my Credit Card even though I never got it.
