I ordered 1 product costing Rs. 6217 from Libas on 11th Apr’24. As the product was not worth the value, I placed return request for same & it was picked up on 13th Apr’24.
I didn’t get my refund after returning the product also.
On 23rd Apr’24, When I called their team for same, they told me that we cannot refund the amount as it’s wrong product.
I returned the right product, I am not sure if their middle agents have changed the product as If it was wrong product, Why their pickup executive didn’t deny it’s pickup. It’s the scam of Libas which will surely hamper customer’s as Now, They are sharing images of some product claiming that they got this product which is image. 6217 is not a small amount which can be ignored. I spent money & even returned correct product. I need refund of same. I’ve attached the images of Ordered or returned product along with fake product which libas is claiming they have received. Even when I contacted them, their team & their senior was very rude to me & They told thay we will not refund the amount.
