I had order some food from restaurant. After 5mins i received notification that my order is cancelled restaurant and then they cancelled the order.Then when i tried to order my COD option is off by swiggy services and then i concerned about it but they said it is our policy if restaurant is cancelling your order then also your COD will be shut off. What is this they are making mistake why i m facing problems to order food . At that night i had to sleep without eating bcoz i m in kota and studying here far from my family
I really request please i seriously need help how their policy is hurting.
Then i once ordered some maggi that was 100rs but when I received the package it was really a very less amount.
After concerning about this they told me to email on their support services.
After emailing they didn’t reply yet about it.
I really looking for a hard action against it
