I had ordered a thermal set of Luz Cozi…at the time of delivery the package looked good from the outside, so I didn’t bother to check it on the inside infront of the delivery agent as I had ordered things before this and never faced any issues…when i got back home and open it…the package inside was open and looked damaged..and only the topwear was present in the package without the bottom wear as I had paid for the whole set. The very same day i initiated return and asked for refund…..the order was received on the 15th December 2021. And the pick up for return was scheduled on 23rd December..On the 23rd Dec a pickup agent arrives and refuses to take the pakage back saying that items are missing….I told him that is how I received it…and made a mistake of trusting Amazon without opening it infront and then paying..I showed her the pictures. I clicked for evidence. She still refused to take it …and told me to place the refund request again….i didn’t have any other option so I placed the request for the refund again. ..After that it has been almost two weeks the package is stilll laying in the corner ready to be picked up…i raised a complaint regarding the same in the customer service and everytime I do i am given a different representative everytime and have to explain everything over again….the third time when no one came to pick up…i raised my queries again…i then was given a representative named Rani J who told me that the inconveniences caused to me ks really regretted and that it won’t happen again….she then placed a return request herself and told me to wait…i didn’t go for work for the same reason that I would miss the pickup..still no one turned up….i have been receiving emails saying my package will be picked up and no one comes…this same representative was supposed to call me back regarding the same but hasn’t called yet . Please help as I’m really annoyed with their service and the process that they carry out.
