PFA… for your reference. I have to cancel the booking for 18th Sept due to Natural Calamity and bad weather in Badrinath. I was traveling for char dham yatra with my family. Due to heavy rainfall and rocks were fallen on road on my way to Le roi haridwar, I have to return back to my hotel in Badrinath. Request you to please refund me the money as I have cancelled the booking.
I will be soon posting negative reviews from 10 different accounts of my family on every social media about your hotel as per below msg, if I don’t get refund soon.
i have booked. 2 rooms for 18th Sept and I was traveling with my family from Badrinath to Haridwar, due to land sliding on our Way I have return to Badrinath and couldn’t reach the hotel. I have requested for refund and they denied and Bijoy was very rude to understand Natural calamities in Badrinath. Worst experience and will not recommend anyone.
