I had ordered above mentioned product on 10/1/2023 through UPI Prepaid.
But the product has not delivered till now. But in Shippment tracking it is showing product has been delivered on 23/01/2023. I don’t know to whom they have delivered. Even the delivery agent has not contacted me before delivering and even I have not shared the OTP which has been sent to my mobile number. Even I am asking amazon customer care support to track my order and delivery agent number to track my order. They are not responding properly and showing total negligence. They have made me helpless and they are not bothered about the product and amount which I have paid.
