On 8th February, we ordered food from a nearby restaurant. After the money was transferred to zomato’s account by phonepay, it showed that the order wasn’t processed. My money had been deducted from my bank account, I have screenshot as proof. It’s been months and I still haven’t received my money yet. The executive agents just keep saying that It’ll be refunded. But I still haven’t received my refund. This is such a disturbing thing, such bad customer service. Zomato’s not helping at all. Just keep making me wait for my earned money without even trying to look into the matter. No status of my refund has reached my email id. I’m disappointed and disturbed at this experience.
