Udit Kumar Sarkar this side, phone number +91-9463123314. I ordered a Dhaba Chicken Curry from Aachari restaurant in Nagpur, my total bill was Rs.132.85 on Mon 10-12-18. I faced a major issue related to this order.
Firstly, my order was very late even after I discussed the same with chat support, they said he is on his way but it still got late. Secondly and most importantly the food was pathetic. I told zomato support that I would be rating the delivery boy and the restaurant for this, however, due to some reason I am unable to rate the restaurant on the dialog box we get on selecting each Order tab. Now, is this the kind of service you want to provide while having so many competitors in the market?
I have never faced such problems in Chandigarh-Tricity. But here in Nagpur, there are several other issues I have been facing such as a restaurant didn’t have a proper bill and upon request, they sent a bill on a plain piece of paper which is unacceptable. Any restaurant that provides a service and charges for it should have a proper GSTIN/ VAT and a proper bill with GST/ VAT should be generated. You should not be supporting such kind of behavior/ restaurants. You need to include the restaurants GST/ VAT certificate mandatory for being registered in Zomato.
The restaurants are doing offence by not paying tax to Govt which is wrong and you too are wrong as you guys are supporting them.
Waiting for a positive response, not like the one your support chat system gave.
I hope you value your customers which are already depleting.
