Text of Complaint by Rajesh Balimidi:

As a prime member I ordered for Samsung S 20fe 5G mobile on amazon website. The minute I paid the amount of Rs: 27249/- as they mentioned the offer price is, they mentioned the the delivery of the product will take place in a day. I ordered for the product on 25/9/2022 and the delivery should happen on 26/9/2022, but the day missed and the update was given as the delivery might happen from 27/9/2022 – 29/9/2022. On 29/9/2022 in the evening when I saw the update on the delivery information on amazon, the update was “out for delivery”. but I haven’t received delivery. When I called to the customer care, they spoke very carelessly and also they doesn’t know about the product delivery time and current update, also they said to wait for another 2 more days If I need the product. Thats rediculous, because I paid them amount to get one day delivery, and its been 4 days and I haven’t received my product. I need full justice..
