Text of Complaint by VIkash Gupta:

Airtel Postpaid Mob No- 8090480562: I am getting charged late fees since last 02 bills. when I asked the customer care executive (Ms Chetna), she was firstly very rude and was misbehaving with me as well. I came to know that I have been charged late fee because bill payment due date was reduced from 17th of every month to 13th. this I was not aware and was making payment as previous bill cycle. I didn’t request any change in bill cycle. I need full refund of both late fees as charged in last 02 bill. else I will make a strong post against airtel on twitter and of course will port in other service provide. that behaviour by customer care staff.
