Respected Sir/Madam,

I here by inform you about swiggy neglency , i have orderd a food on swiggy on 18th December 2023 at 21:35, and they have committed to deliver the order on 28 minutes by seeing the timeline i assumed that it will sutable for my working hours that to im getting full hungry, So I have waited more than 45 minutes still i haven’t receive the order, i have connected with the customer care executive they are telling use less answers, I request you to get the justification from swiggy end.
