I ordered 4 pizzas on 7/10/23 at 9:01 pm worth rs 661. It got delivered at 10:01pm. The order had 30 minutes delivery guarantee. I tried to reach out to Domino’s through their virtual assistant but got no response. Whenever I chose the query “order delivered late” I got no response. Tried calling on their number, couldn’t talk to their voice representative and they said will get a call back in 24 hours but didn’t get any. Their customer service is terrible. I received my order in one hour so according to their 30 min policy they should give me compensation. Also the size of the pizzas were not equal. I ordered regular size and two were smaller than the others.
