I ordered something whose cost is around 550. Flipkart promise me to deliver my product on 14 Jan 2023. But they didn’t deliver it on time. Then I was in my college and suddenly I got a call from delivery man and he asked me that i order something from Flipkart and i said yes.
Then he said that he is standing next to my home and then I leave my class and came back from college to my home just to recieve my order/product. Then i call service centre and asked for compensation for my inconvenience and they said I will not get any compensation. Even I told them that in Flipkart’s policy it is clearly written that if user got “Delay/Broken/Expired” product than Flipkart will give user “Refund/Replacment/Compensation”. And yet I didn’t get any compensation.
