I ordered at 7:36 pm and after calling many times to restaurants swiggy delivery guy and pizza hut I got it at 10:30. It’s unsafe as the delivery window is open for unlimited time. Swiggy guy came without uniform and was asking for tip. They wasted my 3 hours in waiting and coordinating. Strong action should be taken.
