Text of Complaint by Vanshita:

  1. I’ve ordered a product from amazon.in on 28 july. They were claiming that the product will be delieverd after 2 days means on 30 july. But , i didn’t received any product. Though I’m a prime member. I’ve called their customer care executive, they told me sorry and told me to place another order. I’ve ordered it again on 31 st july. It was suppose to be delivered on 2 August. But , nothing updated. So therefore i called customer executive again. They told me mam you’ve to wait for 1 days more. And also i didn’t cancel that previous order of 28 July. And i received nothing but their meaningless excuses. I want an action against them. Help me if you can. Thank you.
