There was an advertisement on the social media, account with a suitcase price of $ 0.01 each and later 4.92$(approx ₹350) for two suitcases on carvipwsxmall.xyz.While completeing the purchase it asked for my mastercard credit card number in detail and after entering the details amount of ₹4205.22 (approx. 51$) and ₹4688.76(approx. 56$) was withdrawn without having an option to enter the OTP (OTP was not generated for the bank as well). Please help in the process of refund as amount is huge for me and please take legal action on the scamers.

They don’t respond to emails as well.
