I ordered sari from Lakshmi boutique via their mentioned website on Instagram of Rs 2360 on August 6,2023.
After followed up many times finally received parcel on 28 August 2023.
My mother has opened the parcel without Video recording. We got damaged sari..The thread of sari has came out from whole Sadi..it effects Sari look..The blouse piece also unattached from sari.. I asked for return or exchange but owner of page denying for exchange as ther is no video recording for parcel opening. They send defective product to me and now don’t want to return or exchange..
Please refund my money or exchange the same sari

They are genuine they do business but their biggest problem is customer service is worst i am not sure wat will be next word for worst or else i would use those word however i also ordered saree from them i haven’t received saree i was continuously emailing them, made calls , commented on YouTube vedio for the post, texted in insta no boby cares . I was literally behind them finally i got call from them and now they are going to dispatch my saree again ..
