On 14th April 2022, I have order 2 Onion pizza worth Rs 89/- each and 1 Garlic Bread worth Rs 120/-. My Total bill was of Rs. 379.70/- including taxes and delivery charges, to which I have applied a coupon and with my Zomato pro plus Membership, I was able to save Rs. 210 on complete order. I paid the billing amount of Rs.169.70 through a payment app named Simpl. My order was confirmed at 04:52 PM with La Pino’z Pizza Restaurant addressed Sector 15, Faridabad.
I waited for my food for around an hour and after many calls with the delivery partners who were unaware of the location, I received my delayed order at around 05:53 PM.
Out of hungriness and craving for the delicious food, I started opening boxes and found two of the boxes empty and received only a single onion pizza out of full order. This was a shock and a matter of grief for me.
After all of this, I tried lodging a complaint with Zomato Support and shared pictures of incomplete orders with them but Instead of helping me on their part, they connected me to the restaurant owner and asked me to share pictures through my personal number with the restaurant owner. I outrightly denied sharing pictures with the restaurant owner through my personal number and asked zomato’s support executive to do the same as I have already shared pictures with the support executive, to which, the support executive started misbehaving and cut the call in between without closing my complaint. I again tried contacting the support team, this time I ask them to connect me with some senior so that I can raise the complaint to him but they denied and again cut the call after misbehaving with me. These all caused a mental agony and loss of my valuable time.
