Text of Complaint by Jigyasa Chandora:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m writing this complaint email to notify you about the services of your Company. For the past months, I’ve been following up with your executives for internet connectivity.

I’ve been a loyal customer of your Company for the Broadband Service Connection at my residence at Avalon Courtyard, Ahmedabad for the last 12-18 Months.

I’ve been shifted to my new residence at a new place near the old address, where I looked forward to availing your services. However, to my knowledge, the Broadband Services of your Company cannot be availed in the above-mentioned area.

Further, with quite a few adjustments, I thought of transferring my connection to the residence that I’ve where even your office is located viz. Ghodasar

Surprisingly, your services cannot be availed in the area of your office location too! Sigh!

I’ve been raising complaints for the past 6 months and have been continuously coordinating with your customer care executives about the issue that I’m facing constantly and have no resolution received yet. Neither am I availing services, neither am I getting the refund. It’s more like providing oxygen to a dead body!

I’m very disappointed to say that as a reputed Broadband Company in Ahmedabad Gujarat, your after sales services and maintenance services are poor than expected and they nowhere meet the tall claims that you guys make at the time of availing the new connection.

You should really take steps to ensure that the consumers enjoy flawless internet service, especially in these hard times of Covid where the source of living/earning is all dependent on the Internet.

Mr. Pelvin from Main Office, Shahibaug is somebody I’ve come across, who’s assured me about uninterrupted services. Although, being the Manager of your Company, he has continuously failed to provide any resolution and also denied of providing refund after claiming if we don’t get the internet connection at our current residence then they will provide for the services not provided till date i.e from Jan 2021.

I’m displeased with your services.

I request you to kindly refund the amount since I am not able to receive any of your services presently. I’m not in a position either to perform charity in this crucial times.

Kindly process my refund as early as possible.
