I have ordered from kukfebi around November 10. Two days back when I tried reaching them somehow, they said the order seems cancelled because of some issue in address. Same time I asked them to refund my money as it was an prepaid order. They asked me that if i use GPay or not? On giving an affirmative response they asked me to wait to check for refund, and hung up. After a while I tried calling them there was no response later it got shut off.
Today, I tried again and these cute people come with another fraud which will they quote as refund for you, I urge you all to not become a victim for the new scandal.
You are asked to forward an encrypted message sent by the person named as Ravi Shankar from Kolkata by the same number from which your google Pay is registered. The encrypted message can be anything but refund? There should be a proper way of returning my money Kukfebi, and I request the concerned authority to look into this matter.
Mr. Ravi Shankar and others from kukfebi thinks that they are so smart that they can fool every buyer. Be Aware of such fraudulent.
For what it’s worth, As a proof of their deed I’m having voice recording to claim my money back.
