Text of Complaint by Priyanka Naresh Deshpande:

Hi I am holding saving account of kotak bank with zero balance. I need to my physical debit card so I applied from mobile app. and there is mention they charged 199 rupees. after apply i get to know that they debited my 588.82 rupees from my account.

I requested to customer care but they are not supportive not even give a proper solution as well. Very pathetic service I ever seen in any bank.

As per law any bank can give first debit card with kit itself. or mostly it is free. after lost any debit card any bank can debit around max 300 rupees. But this kotak bank is making people fool to seak of their business grow. I want help from your side.
