we ordered KFC online yesterday evening around 7:30pm and went to pick it up at the Main Street Location in Snellville. The door was locked and we were told to go thru the drive through. In the drive through I gave name and the lady confirmed the order and told me to drive up. upon arriving at the window, she told me that the fries would take 5 mins and that I should pullup to the side and wait for it. I said ok. she wasn’t exactly customer friendly but she wasn’t rude. I waited 12 minutes for my order and then she brought it out. handed me 2 bags. I said Thanks and drove off. while driving home, we wanted to eat the fries, so we were searching the bags and noticed they were not in the bags. I had to drive back to the location to get the fries. upon arriving, I noticed there were about 8 cars in the drive through, so I pulled up at the location where she asked me to wait on the food, which is infront the store, which has all glass doors. I saw her and she saw me. I knocked the window and was trying to let her know that the fries I waited for was not in the bag. she turned her back and beckoned with her hands that I should get in the drivethrough. I kept trying to talk thru the door to let her know that I had already been there and just came back for the rest of my order. there were 2 other persons, a guy and a girl and they were just looking and laughing. I went to my car and got teh 2 bags of food and was showing them the bags so that they would know, I already was served. they ignored me, so I walked around to the drivethrough window and she was standing there. I lift up the bags and said, the fries you asked me to wait for, I did not receive them. oh my goodness, she started yelling at me, and cursing at me and calling me B**** and using F words. they guy standing across from her, pickup one large fries and handed to her, she tossed it on the counter for me to pick it up. I asked her whats all this, I waited, I paid and I drove back here and youre cursing at me. .. they stood there and watched her humiliate me. I told her that I was going to contact corporate , she said she didnt f****** care . I told her wheres the other fries, the guy handed her a bag this time, with the fries and she tossed it at me and slammed the glass window shut…still cursing at me, for coming back to get food that I paid for, which was her mistake it was not in the bag… no apologies. I waited 12 minutes for the fries, drove back there and this was how she treated me. she appeared to be the supv. that night.
