On 11/10/2023 (8.13 pm) i ordered online through the KFC app Hot & Crispy Chicken from KFC Jalandhar-Jawahar Nagar, Punjab for Rs. 843.99/- which was cancelled by them just about 10 minutes past the schedule delivery time. The above amount was paid online through Credit Card. After the cancellation of the order by them, a message in my app appeared as follows:-
“Sorry for the inconvenience, your order has been cancelled by our store. If you have made online payment – a refund will appear on your original payment source within 7 – 10 business days.”
Today is 25/10/2023 way past 10 days from then and I am still to received the refund.
