I made an online purchase of apparel from Keveshop.com on 22-Feb-2020 for ₹1,496/-. I received acknowledgement of order from Keveshop.com@gmail.com on the same day (Order # 7531) saying order will be delivered in 7-14 days. When order was not received I emailed and received a response saying that order would be received in 7-14 days.
However, after that, despite several emails requesting refund I have not received a response. Now the website seems to have been taken down and no contact is possible. Appreciate your help with resolving this issue. Yours faithfully – Neil
