Hi,
I have raised my first service request for Kent Ro on 10/08 and they cancelled my request stating warranty not get updated, later i have called customer care and updated the necessary details and raise the request again on 10/13. it was assigned Vellore service branch and i spoke with both the supervisor and service engineer and the said they will come on 10/15 but they didn’t come again i called him and asked they said they will come on 10/16 they didn’t come and they cancelled my request on 10/18 without my knowledge. Is that the best customer services proving by Kent?
