4 days back I found that KENT RO is not working and raised as a service request and after continuous calls they finally sent a person but they didn’t fix it saying it has to be re installed and asked me to raise another request and I did the same.
Again it’s been 1 days still no one visited the home and people in escalation matrix not picking my calls.
I had to carry the water cans for continuous 4 days to the second floor .it is really pathetic and humiliated
