Text of Complaint by MOHAMMAD GISHAN KHAN:

Kent RO Systems y friends.

I had purchased a brand new Kent Grand Plus on 27th of February 2019.
It has been repaired 7 times within 2 and half months.

While reporting this to service center. The technicians are giving wrong information to the Service team back in office.

Customers are being treated on the basis of religion.

I was threatened by local service centers for being a Muslim as they support the ruling party.

I am extremely sorry to write this on social media.

I have paid a handsome amount to purchase but i wasn’t aware about that all these have been Polarized.

My local service center is in Nawada Bihar.

Please refrain yourself from throwing your money to these
