This is a request for you to look into Kamaraj’s incident and take his words into consideration. Please help him get his job back as there’s no specific reason to take away his job. If you cannot help in this, please escalate this request to higher authorities. Kamaraj is your worker, and helping him out and standing for him should be your priority. Please give back his job to him with all the due respect and also compensate for any inconvenience caused.
