Kalyani silks – completely fraud
They showed nice pictures and then delivered not even 500rs worth products for 3000rs.
I have requested for a Cash on delivery option and requested if I can see the product before paying it off and they mentioned that courier company will not agree for that. It’s all fraud. Please see the picture, it shows the truth.
They are not responding after sending the product and they very well know that people will definitely come back with a return request after receiving it.
Please be aware of them and never go by ads showed in google or youtube.

Kalyani silk is completely fraud , I have order the product worth rs 1500 from the site , After receiving the product found that the quality is too bad and it didnt cost 1500… market price may be 200-300 rs . I read the refund policy and tried to call customer care , also drop 2-3 emails , put complent on their site but not a single reply received .
I ordered the procuct on 5th Aug 2021 . and get delivered on 9th Aug .
Return policy mention 9 days and i send the email and whatsapp them on same day when I received product.
Tried to call also but no one received phone ….. i neeed my money back
I also placed an order for a product worth Rs1500/- from Kalyani silks. They provided a real cheap quality saree not worth at all for the money paid. I immediately initiated a return and refund after opening the package as the policy stated return within 7 days of receipt was permitted. It has 2 weeks now, they are not responding to my emails, whatsapp messages nor to my calls. Absolute fraud company. Please do not order any product from them. It’s a trap to display products for a cheaper price with a deceiving photo, and make money without catering to the customers refund wishes!!!
Did you try consumer court? If yes, did you get the refund? Did it help?
