My child [Name wthheld on request] was shortlisted for Junior Fashion Week New Delhi event that was supposed to be held sometime back in May this year for which I paid them over 17000 rupees after which I was told you will be contacted 7 days before the event. Till date these people have been un-approachable and have not been answering calls and have not been responsive. After getting connected by them they are always giving fake event dates for sometime in the coming weeks but no events are held neither their website is showing any events scheduled for these dates. I have called about 50 times to them today to no answer. I have been talking to someone named Chetna previously and she has stopped responding to the phone calls. Yesterday spoke with Rahul and he has disconnected the call while speaking earlier today. This is utter harassment for a customer who has paid his hard earned money to develop his child’s skill set but only to see this organization giving a run around for the past few months. I want a strict action to be taken against them and need my money refunded at the earliest.

I would request you to remove the above comments post as Junior fashion week has responded on my post and it has been resolved. Hence I have no any complaint against Junior fashion week. I request consumer complaint authority to remove the above post
This has not been resolved and the organization is a complete fraud. They are asking to have the post removed from your website only after which the refund will be processed

No one has contacted me till date and someone named Deepak who is the MD of the organization spoke very rudely had very aggressively mentioned till the time the post is not removed the amount of 17000 will not be refunded. I request you to please assist with this. There are quite a few posts on your website about this organization so i believe a lot of customers have been fooled by this.
1 week back i registered a complaint against them in cyber crime department and soon will file in the physical consumer court, let’s gather together, let’s create a whatsapp group and social media gathering against them.
