Hello counsumer court ,
On 16 th July 2022 I have purchased an online course title is “Ultimate Microsoft office , word , excel, PowerPoint and access” from an online portal name is “Udemy online course” I have paid it though their online portal I also rcvd an confirmation mail and a digital receipt form same company . And I have done my payment through my Paytm upi id and payment of 449/ successfully credited to their account then according to their instructions I have set a timer for my online course around 9pm onwards bt at 9 pm I was trying to login in Udemy app any I didn’t get any response from them … then I thought I was an technical error then I send them an email regarding that issue then I got an reply from Udemy team that we have registered your complaint and we will response you next week so today morning I got another email from their team and they said that they process declined bcoz you haven’t done your payment then I sent them another email didn’t get any revert from Udemy team . So it’s my request plz look into this matter and plz refund my money back bcoz I m currently looking for job so this amount matters to me a lot as ap
