Text of Complaint by Nancy:

  1. I Nancy Gambhir bought a membership from your jukaso executive person
    First he told me about their membership after that he didn’t tell me about the hidden clauses
    When I paid to 37000 RS then he told for extra RS 3000 for 3 years also and they also tell me that they provide 5 stars hotel stay without any charge but after paying the amount they told me to pay amount for Dae , they do fake promises, after I told to him to please give my money back as you don’t tell about their clauses before payment and misguided me against this membership but your executive told now our superior is not available and so you will come on tomorrow. At that time I called to your customer care toll free no. 4-5 times but the call centre timings were closed and then I emailed to you
    I want my money back
    They misguided me about membership
    Please take action against them
    I attached the picture of membership I’d page
    And I also attached the picture of customer care call to jukaso for cancelled the policy
  2. membership payment date -24/5/18
  3. put cancellation on -24/5/18
  4. after 1/2 hour I put objection and email to their email id and put cancellation at info@jukasojourneys.com
