ello Team,
I have received a message on WhatsApp from OneCard mentioning,
if I apply for a credit card and make a transaction of minimum 10000 INR before 31st December 2023, a welcome Benefit.
I have applied for One card, KYC done, card issued, made a payment of 10000 INR before 31st December
one card customer support asked me to wait till 16 Feb 2024, i.e 2 months to get the reward
But even after waiting for 2 months, there is no rewards given, i followed up multiple times, but no response.
Need immediate assistance and rewards to be credited.
