On today 12:00 am,I turned off the mobile data and after that I used another the mobile data of another sim.Today morning I woke up and saw that it is 1.24GB instead of 1.5GB since I turned off the mobile data of jio number on 12:00am.In the jio app the data renewal time is 12:01am.So today data should be 1.5GB instead of 1.24GB.When I checked the time wise data usage,it shows 261.99MB has been used in yesterday 9:01 pm.When I performed some calculations ,i realised that the stolen data is actually 261.99MB on yesterday.I faced this issue from past five days.I don’t know what to do.I complained in the customer care service of jio but they are telling their usual excuses like back ground app usage,auto updates, hotspot,etc.
